SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

COVID-19 Update: We are resuming normal operations, however some destinations may still be delayed with some deliveries. 

We offer free shipping on all over € 35 in the EU and worldwide.

We accept the return of unopened and unused product within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] to coordinate a return. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and the delivery charge for the original order cannot be refunded. We strongly suggest that you use registered delivery or obtain a certificate of postage when you return any parcel.

VAT ON ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

If your delivery is being sent to a destination outside of the European Union our online shop will show prices exempt of VAT. The shop will do this once you select a delivery destination outside of VAT liability.

ORDERS

We have the right to refuse to accept any orders placed for loungeling.eu’s products and services. Your order for products shall only be binding on us when you receive confirmation that a product has shipped. If we refuse your order, your money will be returned in full.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide that is necessary for us to process your order and/or ship your order to the correct location. If an order has not been shipped, or shipped to an incorrect location due to such inaccuracy, you alone are responsible.
• The provision of products and services is subject to availability. If products are out of stock, loungeling.eu will inform you as soon as possible. You will be given the option of waiting until the products are in stock or of canceling your order.
• If you have any problems or concerns regarding loungeling.eu’s products, you can reach us via the customer service contact information supplied on this website.
• Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence in relation to such dates. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control.
• If a delivery requires a signature to confirm receipt, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the products when delivered. It is also your responsibility to collect the products from any postal collection depot and/or arrange an alternative delivery date if you are not available to sign for the products.
• If you place your order by post, please complete the order form and send it to us, along with payment, to the address given. We have no liability to you in respect of orders that do not reach us.
• Any products purchased are for personal use only. The products cannot be resold and cannot be given to any third party.
• The availability of this website may be outside our control and in the hands of third party providers. We cannot guarantee the level of availability of this site for your orders or other use.
• We are not responsible for safe delivery of goods because we do not ship the products directly. If the products are not delivered, arrive late, or are damaged in transit, you must take this up with the carrier. We will provide you with their contact details upon request.
• Payment is due at the time you place your order.
• We do not accept your order until we receive notice from our credit card merchant that your payment has been authorized and/or we have received payment in full in cleared funds.
• If for any reason payment in full is not made, we may withhold or suspend delivery of the products.
• Infinity Trading Solutions guarantees delivery to all EU member states within 4-8 days.

LIABILITY

• The word “Liability”, as used in the Terms, means any and all damages, claims, proceedings, actions, awards, expenses, costs and other losses.
•  YOU HAVE 14 CALENDAR DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED IT. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOUR ITEM NEEDS TO HAVE THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

• We are confident that you will be satisfied with the products you have ordered. As a result, we offer you a full refund of the price you have paid for the products if you are dissatisfied within 14 days.
• In order to qualify for a refund, you must provide us all the information we ask for, and comply with all other terms specified on this website for such purpose.
• If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery as long as it is in a new condition and has not been modified and all original packaging is included with the return in resell-able condition in its original packaging.

How will I be credited for my return?

If you return your merchandise to one of our stores, we will credit you immediately as follows (subject to our Returns Terms and Conditions):

• If you purchased using a credit card or a debit card we will refund the card that you used. Please make sure that you bring the card that you used to purchase your merchandise with you so that we can process the credit for you.

Note: You will need to provide your proof of purchase (invoice, email, etc.).

If you return your order via the Post Office or Courier, then:

• We will only process your credit once we have received and processed your return. This may take up to 14 days.
• You will only be credited for the merchandise that you have returned if it is in the same condition that it was before it was delivered to you. We will not refund you the delivery cost, and the return cost (in the case of a courier return) will be deducted from the value of your credit.
• If you purchased using a credit card  we will refund the card that you used

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

It all depends on the payment method you used when you placed your order. Here are the different times based on the different payment options:

• Credit Card: This will take 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reflect in your account.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases and feel it may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us through our contact form. Please do provide as much information as possible concerning the product and the order.

If you are a consumer and return a defective Product to us we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
